SHOPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY
You may shop throughout Indulgences Enterprises by placing the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You can change the quantities of any items in your shopping cart, or remove them completely, at any time prior to confirming your order for processing.

When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date (or PayPal confirmation) as well as all necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an Order Confirmation to which you can refer.

Be sure to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we can contact you with any questions regarding your order

Indulgences enterprises currently accept and process payments through PayPal. This incorporates payment via Credit card. Your credit cards will be charged when the order is placed and goods shipped within 1 to 2 business days unless the item is out of stock, in which you will be notified.

We reserve the right to change our payment processors at any time to ensure that the security or your information passing through us is maintained securely. We do not retain your credit/debit card details after processing your order.

SALES TAX
At the present time, we do not charge or add any sales tax or VAT. This may change in future.

RETURN POLICY
Indulgences Enterprises seek to do our best to satisfy you the customer. If for any reason you are dissatisfied or unhappy with our product, simply email us at the mail below and you will receive an address to return the order within 14 days of purchase date. We will promptly process your request and refund your money (less shipping charges) via crediting your credit card or PayPal. If the box is opened you will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

**Please allow up to 30 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to Indulgences Enterprises marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $10 re-shipping fee.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.

CLAIMS
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.

IndulgencesEnterprises.com only carries original designer fragrances. We do not sell counterfeit, copy or imposter fragrances. Our aim is sell our products at the lowest possible prices and we shall make every attempt to obtain fragrance you require and improve our services to you.
